How do you effectively impact positive change in all aspects of your program? In this dynamic presentation we will engage in discussion and activities that help you develop strategies to assess the strengths and areas of growth in your program, and take concrete steps to facilitate changes. We will explore the leader’s role in establishing clear communication, setting direction, and strategically developing action plans.
